To ensure accuracy, we request that order information be submitted via email or in person. Bold-typed faxes are also acceptable. We’re always happy to talk with you about your options; however, we discourage phone orders to avoid miscommunication. Lead time for most items is 1-2 weeks.
Logo artwork must be submitted as black and white with no gray or half-tones. All files should be high resolution and are best submitted as .cdr, .bmp, .tif, .jpg, or .gif. One-time logo charges vary based on complexity.
We require a 50% deposit on all orders, with the remaining amount due at time of delivery.
In order to provide the highest quality product, we ask for a minimum of one week for all orders. Rush orders will incur additional fees based on the size and complexity of the job, starting at:
• 4-6 days = $15
• 1-3 days = $25
Small items will be mailed via USPS. Everything else will be shipped UPS ground unless other arrangements are made with our staff. If you are eligible for shipping discounts, we will gladly ship on your customer number, if requested.
Since each gift or award is designed, assembled, and personalized on a custom basis, all products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Should we make an error, we will correct and return the item.
Returned Checks/Disputed Credit Card Transactions
There is a $35.00 returned check service charge, and/or allowable collection and payment fees as allowed by civil code.
We do not accept a personal check or credit card payments to replace a check that has been returned. If a check is returned, the face value of the check, plus the $35.00 returned check fee may be paid by cashier’s check.
If you discover an error on a transaction, please contact us first, as we can resolve the issue quickly and without the hassle of a dispute.
A $35.00 late payment fee for disputed credit card transactions will be assessed for all disputed card transactions wherein a customer has not contacted us prior to contacting their bank. In addition, finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all disputed credit card transactions until payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to modify the pricing provided on this site with or without notice. We make every effort to ensure our pricing in our online catalogs is accurate. A pricing change would only occur if an error is discovered in the catalog. You will be notified of the pricing change and have the opportunity to cancel your order should this occur.
